Awards, Rewards and Celebrations

We believe in celebrating achievements and recognising the hard work and talent of our students.

Examples include:

• Achievement Point leader boards – celebrating the top AP achievers in each year group. Achievement points are awarded in every lesson for Outstanding Effort, High Quality Performance, and Taking Risks in your Learning.
• Pupil of the Month: Celebrating outstanding contributions to particular subjects.
• Annual Awards Ceremonies: Recognising achievements across academics, arts, sports and community service.
• House competitions: achievement points can be won for your House through various House competitions throughout the year, including the Annual House Sports Day.
• The Atherton Award: Recognising entrepreneurial spirit with cash prizes and mentoring opportunities. Find out more here.
